Rosa Mendes
Milena Leticia Roucka(born October 25, 1979)is a Canadian professional wrestler, valet and former model, currently working for WWE as Rosa Mendes. She managed former WWE Tag Team Champions Primo & Epico from 2011 to 2013.
Modeling
Roucka studied Business at the University of British Columbia, but dropped out to pursue a career in modeling. In 2004, she was the first North American to win the "Piel Dorada", a major Latin American modeling contest.In 2005, she won Hawaiian Tropic's "Ms. Indy 500" contest, and judged Hawaiian Tropic's "Ms. Super Bowl" contest.

Beginnings; Developmental Territories (2006-2008)
In summer 2006, Roucka competed in the 2006 WWE Diva Search and reached the final eight. She won the first round, a dance competition. After she was eliminated on August 24, WWE signed her to a developmental contract.
Roucka was assigned to Ohio Valley Wrestling (OVW), WWE's developmental territory. She debuted as a heel, under the ring name Roucka, and was the valet for the Bad Kompany stable (Mike Kruel, Shawn Osborne and Eddie Craven). In early 2007, she participated in the 'Miss OVW Contest'.She was in Kruel's corner when he defeated Boris Alexiev for the OVW Heavyweight Championship in February.She made her in-ring debut on March 24, losing to Jennifer Mae. Later that night, she teamed with Beth Phoenix, Katie Lea and Melody, to lose to ODB, Serena, Victoria Crawford and Maryse. In mid-2007, her opponents included Crawford, Phoenix, Lea and ODB. In June, Roucka unsuccessfully challenged ODB for the OVW Women's Championship. On September 19, she won a six-way match to capture the OVW Women's Championship. She then feuded with Lea, winning several non-title matches. In November, she and Kruel lost a mixed tag team match to Lea and Atlas DaBone. On December 12, she defeated Lea in a "Kiss my Foot" title match. In January 2008, Lea defeated Roucka in a non-title match. In early February 2008, WWE and OVW ended their developmental relationship. After holding the OVW Women's Championship for five months, Roucka dropped it to Katie Lea on February 20. On February 29, she had her last OVW match, teaming with Josie to lose to Melody and Reggie.
In March 2008, Roucka debuted for Florida Championship Wrestling (FCW), WWE's new developmental territory. In her first match, she teamed with Nicole Bella to lose to Nattie Neidhart and Victoria Crawford. The next month, she began feuding with The Bella Twins, which continued throughout the summer. In June, she and Brad Allen defeated Brianna Bella and Lupo Martinez in a mixed tag team match. In July, they defeated Bella and Johnny Curtis. This led to Roucka managing Allen. In August, she allied with Alicia Fox and Daisy to continue feuding with The Bellas, who had joined forces with Tiffany. In the rest of the year, she wrestled Fox, Daisy, and Miss Angela. In January 2009, Roucka became Rosa Mendes, and debuted on Raw. In February, Mendes began feuding with Miss Angela over her Queen of FCW crown, attacking her on several occasions and trying to steal it. On the April 19 FCW Television, they had a match for the crown. Doctor X attempted to attack Angela, giving her the disqualification win. They traded wins in non-title matches in June. Around this time, she also allied with FCW General Manager Abraham Washington, appearing with him on several occasions. In November 2010, Mendes unsuccessfully challenged Naomi for the FCW Divas Championship at a house show. On the FCW Television episode taped November 25, Mendes pinned AJ to become Queen of FCW. She lost the crown to Aksana on the February 13, 2011 FCW Television.
